This website is published by Signature Property Response, a division of Signature Biohazard (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information, not an offer

The pages on this site describe our two-month rodent residue cleaning plan, the hourly alternative, and the TraceOut product line. They are for information. A cleaning engagement exists only when you have accepted a written proposal from us and the conditions in it have been met. Where this site and a signed proposal or agreement differ, the proposal or agreement governs.

Payment

The payment link on this site is for customers who have accepted a written proposal. Payment is processed by Stripe; the checkout merchant is Signature Hauling & Removal. The two-month plan is paid one month at a time: month one at checkout, and month two charged 30 days later to the same card or bank account, as you authorize at checkout. There are two charges in total and no renewal after that; you may stop after month one by telling us in writing before month two begins. Service for a month starts only after its payment is received and access and a start date are confirmed. A pending ACH transfer is not confirmed payment, and a card authorisation alone does not authorise work. Hourly service is $475 an hour with a $2,500 minimum booking, paid before the first visit and drawn down per visit as set out in the proposal. Refunds for undelivered visits are handled as set out in the proposal.

Scope of the cleaning plan

The plan covers accessible, washable surfaces agreed in the proposal. It does not include rodent trapping, extraction, monitoring or exclusion, and it does not include cleaning inside walls, beneath fixed flooring, inside HVAC systems or within damaged porous materials. We do not promise complete removal of contamination from hidden cavities or porous materials, and we cannot prevent new contamination while rodents remain active. The closeout record identifies limitations rather than making a clearance claim.

TraceOut

TraceOut is a Signature Biohazard product sold separately from the cleaning plan. Statements about it on this site describe its intended use for professional property maintenance. Always follow the directions and precautions on the product label. No bottle purchase is included in the cleaning plan price.

The text, photographs, logos, the Signature Property Response and TraceOut names and the design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, republish or use them for any other purpose without our written permission.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available. Prices and scope shown here may change before a proposal is issued; the proposal states the price and scope that apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on information in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here changes the terms of a signed proposal or agreement.

Links and third parties

Payment pages are provided by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. Disputes about a cleaning engagement are governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
